From your first day with Safran you will be assigned to a particular department and will be guided through the various placement opportunities lasting between 3 and 6 months. This is combined with a specific training plan coordinated by Safran University.
The two year Mechanical Engineering programme will provide you with the opportunity to master both technical and leadership skills. The scheme involves various placements each lasting between three and six months, both inside and outside of the UK.
This exposure should allow you the opportunity to decide if you want a career focusing on the technical or managerial elements of Mechanical Engineering. Alongside this you will be working to our structured IMechE scheme, towards a Chartership in Mechanical Engineering. This role will suit Graduates who are innovative, enjoy problem solving, enjoy interacting with a range of people and are keen to make a difference within aerospace engineering.
