From your first day with Safran you will be assigned to a particular department and will be guided through the various placement opportunities lasting between 3 and 6 months. This is combined with a specific training plan coordinated by Safran University.
As an operations management graduate you will experience all aspects of the production operation at Safran from assembly, machining and special processes to quality, supply chain, and planning. These experiences will give you an appreciation of what it takes to work within manufacturing as an operations manager as well as giving you the opportunity to develop people management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities within the rotations will vary but you will be expected to work with internal and external customers to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery, and health and safety targets are met. We are looking for confident, self-motivated and proactive individuals with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
