The Sellafield Ltd graduate scheme applications window opens yearly in the Summer months and remains open until Autumn.

What's the process?

Stage 1: Application Form

  • Complete our online application form – Your application will be reviewed and further correspondence will be received via email.

Stage 2: Aptitude Testing

  • If you meet the required standard for our programme you will be asked to complete an online aptitude test. You will have the opportunity to complete trial questions before completing.

Stage 3: Video Interview

  • Video Interview - If you achieve the required standard at aptitude test you will be invited to a video interview with one of our graduate assessors.

Stage 4: Assessment Centre

  • Following a successful telephone interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre which are typically run October – December.

Stage 5: Conditional Offer

  • Successful applicants will then receive conditional offers of employment pending successful medical and security clearance.
