How this role fits in
As a Field Service Graduate within CS3, you will be part of a team supporting the Typhoon aircraft in front line operations with the Royal Air force at the main operating bases of RAF Lossimouth and RAF Coningsby. The role is supporting the M-Scan Radar as well as the DASS Electronic Counter Measures fitted to the Typhoon aircraft. Additionally the CS3 line of business supports a number of civilian Ground RADAR systems in operation at many UK airports
As CS3 operates across the UK, this role can be based at any of our main UK sites. The role is also likely to include travel, both within the UK and possibly also abroad, to provide in-person support to our customers.
Please note that in order to apply for this opportunity you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. Normally this is to the level of Security Check (typically known as “SC”) for our business.
All of our roles require (a) a minimum of an upper Second class Bachelors/Integrated Masters degree, or (b) a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD. In all cases the subject should be engineering, mathematics, physics or another relevant discipline.
