We are looking for talented, enthusiastic Science & Engineering Graduates, who enjoy solving complex problems, to work alongside some of the most talented people in the UK.
We want you to help us by joining our highly skilled team, designing systems that form part of our self-protection systems installed on fast jet, UAV, land and naval platforms.
You will be given the opportunity to develop expertise in the areas of mixed signal ADC/DAC (incl. power supplies) and FPGA based designs to execute high performance signal processing, communications and control algorithms that meet challenging future customer requirements.
You will learn how to assess your work in our well-equipped laboratories in order to develop robust designs that will function reliably in harsh environments to enable decades of use.
You will get the opportunity to develop these lifelong skills with the support of highly skilled colleagues.
Your role may even take you across the UK or abroad for technical reviews.
Mandatory
Please note that in order to apply for this opportunity you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. Normally this is to the level of Security Check (typically known as “SC”) for our business, which includes having a minimum of 5 years permanent residency in the UK, but may need to be to a higher level for this particular role due to the nature of the projects and or programmes that the role will be supporting.
All of our roles require (a) a minimum of an upper Second class Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree, or (b) a higher degree, such as an MSc or PhD/EngD. In all cases the subject should be Electronic Engineering or Physics.
