Securing Euston

Lendlease has been selected as preferred bidder for a major redevelopment of London’s Euston station. Subject to the finalisation of contracts, Lendlease will work with the Greater London Authority and London Borough of Camden to develop a masterplan for, and subsequently deliver, a 54-hectare site above and around the new station. Currently catering for around 42 million passengers a year, Euston will be redeveloped to house new high-speed rail services (known as HS2) connecting the Midlands and north of the UK to London, and is due to start operating in 2026. The project comprises more than 400,000 square meters of commercial, retail, hotel and leisure spaces, and will also deliver a significant number of new homes.

Securing High Road West, Tottenham

Lendlease has signed a deal with the London Borough of Haringey to deliver a significant regeneration project in the heart of North Tottenham. High Road West is a comprehensive development located opposite Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium that will deliver thousands of new homes and jobs for local people. It will also help to establish the area as a new sports and leisure destination while delivering enhanced public spaces and community facilities for local people and visitors.

Plans for Silvertown

Lendlease and Starwood today announced plans for the acquisition, subject to pre-completion conditions, of The Silvertown Partnership which holds development rights in a major urban renewal project in London’s East End. With an estimated end development value of £3.5 billion, Silvertown Quays will provide 7 million ft² of residential and commercial space – and stands to significantly bolster the city’s supply of affordable housing stock.

International Quarter, London

We are creating London's new destination for progressive business. The project will deliver four million sq. ft. of Grade 'A' office accommodation, 333 new residential units and community facilities within a 22 acre (c.9 hectare) site and over 25,000 people will work in the area when complete.

Elephant Park (2025)

Working in partnership with Southwark Council to deliver a GBP£2 billion regeneration programme on 28 acres of land in the centre of Elephant & Castle. Over the next ten years, we will build nearly 3,000 new homes, over 50 shops and restaurants, and a brand new park available for all of the local community to enjoy.

Rathbone Square

A former Royal Mail West End Delivery/Sorting Office and car park site, Rathbone Square is a mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, London W1. The mixed-use scheme will deliver Grade A offices and prime residential units around a new public square offering restaurant and boutique retail space.

White City Place

White City Place, located next to the old Television Centre, involves refurbishing three buildings – WestWorks, Mediaworks, and Garden House – to office facilities. Together the three buildings, once refurbished, will offer 600,000 sq ft of commercial office space for rent.
