Quality

 

We are looking for an Intern to join us in our Quality Management Systems Department for 6 months starting July 2019.



We are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. As well as conducting internal audits, Conformity of Production testing and Test Equipment calibration, the department influences the business through strategy development, coaching and communication. 



This placement will give you an opportunity to see the all areas of the business and be involved in the system that transforms customers requirements into satisfaction. 



Key Accountabilities

  •  

Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
  •  
Support, analysis and implementation of improvements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • 
Support, coordination of Conformity of Production (CoP) and Test Equipment Management.
  • 
Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Supporting the implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement.

  • Stage 2: Two online ability tests (To be completed within 5 days of receipt).

Stage 3: Telephone interview with the recruitment team .
  • Stage 4: Face to face interview with the hiring manager.


Please note that our undergraduate placement opportunities are only open to students who will be returning to their final year of study following their placement with us. 


Qualifications and experience

  • 
Engineering degree. 


  • Quality Mindset and/or interest in Quality Management. 

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
