We are looking for an intern to join our Quality Assurance/Control team for 13 Months, starting July 2020. Within this internship you will be assisting our Quality Assurance department with the installation, development and maintenance of all mechanical systems required to support the dynamic and static auditing of engines. You will also support with the coordination, organisation and delivery of the facilities and testing of Pre-Series Project engines.

What awaits you?

  • Project Management for New Product Introduction including facilities and processes.
  • Conformity of Production test results to comply with worldwide harmonised Light-duty vehicles Test Procedure including RDE2.
  • Problem resolution - fault diagnosis of Engines.
  • Data analytics - to support facility and test development, also problem resolution.
  • Process development - for ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You should be studying towards an Engineering related degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:1.
  • Fluency in German language would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Experience of MS SharePoint would be beneficial.
