What will you be doing?
The role has a broad range of responsibilities, supporting the Whispers team in a variety of client-focused tasks.
These include assisting with:
Ensuring clients receive an end-to-end exceptional experience as a member of the Rolls-Royce private members’ club, Whispers, optimising or creating the necessary touchpoints
Marketing collateral to target end-users or their “gate keepers” and Dealers
Content to drive engagement, with a tenacity to maintain a standard to drive positive word of mouth – creating a pull effect
Operational excellence through process refinement – connecting the dots across our many stakeholders
Dealer incentive and bonus schemes related to Whispers member onboarding.
Qualifications and Experience
Studying Digital Media / Marketing / International Business
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent administration; organisational; IT; and people skills
Aptitude for digital communication channels to drive engagement
Ideal opportunity for a driven candidate, with a can-do attitude.
