The Launch and Change Management department ensures the successful introduction of product changes into Rolls-Royce production. It is responsible for the steering and introduction of both launch projects and series changes, as well as the creation and maintenance of the bill of material for in-house production and a successful introduction of bespoke products and processes. As a student you will have the unique opportunity to work as a full member of the team, participating in cross functional meetings and communicating with process partners. Supporting your manager and the team, developing and leading your own projects within the department will be a challenging and interesting experience for you.
