As a member of our Managed Services team, you will be working directly with clients implementing and supporting unique infrastructure solutions that directly add value to their business.
This is a fantastic time to join us as we’re growing internationally and are on the look out amazing techies to join our Service Delivery Team. You’ll be trained in the latest technologies and will be involved in challenging and varied client work from day one. Once you’ve gained knowledge of our clients and systems you’ll have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop the necessary skills for Service Delivery, including client and programme management, developing and delivering continual service improvements, ensuring we are adhering to our service standards and providing the best value and support to our clients.
We aim to stay ahead of the technology curve; our projects always utilise the latest technologies where appropriate. Current technologies used include the Microsoft stack; Office 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco, Citrix and VMware.
