I joined Waterstons in July 2015 as a placement Technology Consultant. I spent most of my year onsite with one of our clients, which gave me valuable experience solving technical problems and building relationships face to face.
Since completing my degree, I’ve returned full time as a member of the Service Desk team and have now taking on the Team Leader role, where I support our clients’ IT infrastructure and applications on a daily basis.
It’s incredibly rewarding resolving a major issue for a client in a timely manner and gaining recognition from the client themselves. It’s also really rewarding to work with such a great team – the whole dynamic of our Service Desk is one of a kind and something that you won’t find anywhere else.
The office is friendly and relaxed; and the support available at Waterstons, in all aspects of your role, is incredible. You know you can rely on anyone in the office for any type of support you need.
