As a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend we get to work on some of the largest, and complex projects within the construction industry, which allows me to broaden my depth of knowledge.
For new graduates, I would say embrace the learning process, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Make the most of your time on the scheme, learn from your line managers and mentors who are there to support you, and are some of the best in the business.
Don’t think of Turner & Townsend as your average 9-5 job, think of us as your career. If you put the work in you can go far.
