Our graduate starting salary is £35,000. This will be reviewed at three months, a further six months, and then every nine months thereafter.

Performance-related bonus plan

Each financial year the company may, at its absolute discretion, create a bonus budget which is confirmed or adjusted after the end of the financial year, based on the performance of the company. Following this, and according to its assessment of each individual's performance and contribution, the company may pay a discretionary annual bonus to the employee from the bonus budget.

You will enjoy 20 days of holiday increasing to 25 days after one year of employment. Additionally, after one year of employment you will have the ability to buy an additional 10 days of holiday.

Morale and team events

We have team and office morale events with a very generous budget. Activities can vary from drinks, bowling or go-karting with your teammates, to a day or weekend away with a larger group (where Center Parcs, Paris and Vilnius have been some recent destinations).

Sports activities

We have corporate membership of the local tennis, golf and health clubs near some office locations. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of other sports and activities – including football, badminton, bridge, board games and tag rugby, to name but a few.
