The role:

Joining us as a graduate in our Customer Care team you will work as a Customer Care Engineer and enjoy a varied role taking on a wide range of tasks.

As a Customer Care Engineer, you will:

  • Deployment, integration and acceptance testing of Metaswitch’s products in customers’ fixed line and mobile voice networks.
  • Assisting customers with maintenance activities, such as upgrades
  • Commissioning of virtualisation/cloud infrastructure onto which Metaswitch VNFs are deployed.
  • Assisting customers with maintenance activities, such as upgrades
  • Responding to critical incidents to ensure rapid restoration of service
  • Resolving defects or configuration issues found in Metaswitch and partner equipment and software.

To be successful you'll have:

  • A recognised degree
  • An aptitude for understanding and solving complex problems
  • The ability and the desire to quickly and self-sufficiently acquire new technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
