As a Graduate Software Test Analyst , you will be joining our team in Uxbridge. This is a Permanent role. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Support issues relating to desktop, laptops, mobile devices, active directory, e-mail related issues, internet browser
  • Build and install desktops, laptops, peripheral devices like monitors, printers, scanners and mobiles
  • Troubleshooting printers and other peripheral devices
  • Device patching and antivirus upgrades
  • User data backup and restore
  • Diagnose and resolve IT related Incidents and service requests using IT Service Management tool – AXIOS ASSYST, Service Now
  • Provide guidance to end users on usage of hardware, software and logged IT related Incidents
  • Software installations.

About you:

You’ll have the following skills and attributes:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2:1 or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Awareness of ITIL processes – Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting network and hardware related issues
  • Knowledge in ticketing tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, Axios Assyst
  • Knowledge in service request fulfillment and software installation
  • Knowledge in handling issues in Windows Operating Systems
  • Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities.
  • Hands on experience in handling issues related to desktop, laptop, mobile devices and email services.
