As a Graduate Software Test Analyst , you will be joining our team in Uxbridge. This is a Permanent role. You will be responsible for the following:
Support issues relating to desktop, laptops, mobile devices, active directory, e-mail related issues, internet browser
Build and install desktops, laptops, peripheral devices like monitors, printers, scanners and mobiles
Troubleshooting printers and other peripheral devices
Device patching and antivirus upgrades
User data backup and restore
Diagnose and resolve IT related Incidents and service requests using IT Service Management tool – AXIOS ASSYST, Service Now
Provide guidance to end users on usage of hardware, software and logged IT related Incidents
You’ll have the following skills and attributes:
Right to work in the UK
Strong verbal and written communication skills
2:1 or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Awareness of ITIL processes – Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
Knowledge in troubleshooting network and hardware related issues
Knowledge in ticketing tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, Axios Assyst
Knowledge in service request fulfillment and software installation
Knowledge in handling issues in Windows Operating Systems
Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities.
Hands on experience in handling issues related to desktop, laptop, mobile devices and email services.
