Life as a graduate at M&G Prudential

Being a member of a valued cohort you will undergo work that is both meaningful and relevant. With direct access to senior management and clients you are able to develop good relationships across the business, and begin to build your own platforms to a successful and long lasting career. You will be on the scheme for 18 months before you roll of permanently into a team.

What will you be doing

As a graduate at M&G Prudential every day is different and you are constantly learning and developing your own skills. You'll have the opportunity to rotate around various business areas or within your department. This will allow you to get a taste for a number of areas, build networks, and informs your future career decisions. You can tailor your scheme to cover areas you already enjoy AND areas where you’d like to develop! You could end up specialising in programming, project management, analysis, enterprise architecture and cloud services to name but a few.

Training and Support

All graduates will undergo a robust training programme which includes technical qualifications (IMC) before entering the business as well as further development initiatives throughout the scheme. This will give you the knowledge required and prepare you for a long-lasting career in investment management.

What you can expect

  • You will receive comprehensive training starting with a five-week asset management introductory programme.
  • Graduates on all schemes complete their induction by obtaining the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
  • If desired, you can work towards further qualifications such as becoming a certified Sitecore developer.
  • You will receive regular feedback through rotation appraisals and a psychometrics review, allowing you to continue to develop throughout the programme.
  • You will also have a vast support network including a buddy from a previous cohort and access to in-house training opportunities.
