The role of a Graduate at Xpedite is to initially support the Technical and Commercial Teams in delivering the Engineering and Commercial business needs.
This will entail conducting and project managing Reliability studies on equipment ranging from Dishwashers to Nuclear Reactors.
You will be assisting the Company Directors in business development, including presenting business proposals to Naval and Commercial customers.
All aspects of the work will entail travel to UK and European sites such as Dockyards and manufacturing plants.
Xpedite is also offering an opportunity to follow a bespoke Graduate Training Scheme within the discipline of Marine Engineering. The aim of the scheme is to support the candidate’s route to achieving professional status within their chosen field.
The scheme will give you a broad understanding of engineering, project management, personal development and professional standards all through structured Initial and Continual Professional Development (IPD & CPD).
Our bespoke scheme will allow you to experience several technical disciplines whilst working with our industry experts on projects such as the new Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier, through life support of surface and sub-surface Naval and Commercial Platforms and commercial manufacturing client base.
You will hold a minimum 2:1 in an engineering discipline.
