Ever wondered what life in Admiral is like?

Our defining principle of 'people who like what they do, do it better' helps to shape our unique culture. Take a look into life at Admiral...

What do Pricing Graduates do?

Our Pricing department is a fundamental cornerstone of the successful growth of our business.

Pricing determine and adjust the prices we charge our customers through logic-based reasoning and statistical analysis. Pricing Analysts will build and run pricing models and make recommendations for rate changes and are responsible for setting the rates which create competitive prices for our customers.

As a Graduate in Pricing, you could be involved in:

  • Running pricing models using statistical tools and understanding the numbers within those models
  • Having responsibility for making proposals for potential improvements to our products’ rating structure and other business-critical decision-making processes
  • Unearthing value from both in-house and external data sets by cooperatively finding correlations in customer behaviour and fraudulent activity
  • Working together with our colleagues, including teams overseas, to make proposals to improve the pricing structure in our international operations

Should you be successful, you will be notified of which Pricing team you are joining nearer your confirmed start date. Start dates on offer with this role are flexible throughout 2023.

Please note, this is a permanent role, not a rotational graduate programme with different placements/rotations.

The Admiral Group has consistently been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, and this is an exciting time to join us as we expand our efforts into exciting new products and services.

As part of our rapidly growing business, working closely with our whole Pricing leadership team and reporting to one of our Pricing Managers, Graduate Analysts at Admiral enjoy fantastic career progression opportunities and our unique employee ownership model, which includes a free share scheme open to all staff. This means an added incentive to make a difference in our business's future and make our business, your business!
