The nine-week programme offers a unique perspective on the building materials industry and will open doors to future opportunities, including a possible path onto our graduate management scheme, which aims to develop the future leaders of our business.
Successful applicants will work alongside members of our team, gaining first-hand experience of live projects, and will receive a competitive salary.
We will consider candidates in the last two years of their degree and on track for a 2:1 in ANY STEM subject. Selection will focus on competencies such as problem solving, decision making, working with data, planning and organisation, communication, team working and innovation.
We are looking for people to fill a wide range of projects at the sharp end of the business, within aggregates, asphalt, concrete, sustainability, supply chain, recycling and contracting as well as in our support functions like finance, staff functions, procurement and commercial.
There are opportunities in the following locations: Maidenhead, Bristol, Leicester, North, Central, South West, London or potentially in any of our 300 sites in the UK.
The nine-week programme can be completed between June and September and provides the potential to be fast tracked on to our graduate management scheme on completion of your degree.
