Do you have the ambition to be a future leader? Then our graduate trainee manager programme could be for you. The generalist programme is challenging but rewarding, runs for two years and gives you an insight to all business lines throughout the UK, on 6 monthly rotations, Aggregates, Asphalt & Contracting and Concrete. With more than 300 sites cross the UK we will aim to offer your first rotation closet to your home town. The three year Cement programme offers a rotation in the Ketton, Ribblesdale and Padeswood plants. Both programmes will give you the chance to participate in wider company development activities and project delivery as well as commit time to your professional development in role.
For all our Graduate programmes we are looking for specialists in engineering, (mechanical or electrical) or a STEM related discipline.
Assessment days will take place in Bristol in January and February 2020. The programme starts on the 15th September
Our graduate trainee manager programmes have been designed to attract, develop and retain the graduates who will become our future leaders. Over the two or three year course you will get the chance to
participate in wider company development activities and project delivery as well as commit time to your professional development in role. We will support you with a variety of training modules and one-to-one coaching from managers and mentors.
