What could you do with a globally-recognised brand?

JCB is a truly world class, family owned business. We are proud of our achievements and recognise that future growth and success is shaped by the ambition of the JCB team. If you are looking for a career with a business where people really count, look no further than JCB.

About the scheme

Our one year placement commences in September and offers three tailored rotations to allow you the opportunity to experience different areas of the business. During the placements you will work with experienced teams and deliver real projects. The scheme provides the opportunity to apply the theory you learn at university, gain new skills and develop a detailed understanding of a global off highway machine engineering and manufacturing business.

The rotations could be designing and developing current or new product introduction in business units; research in our innovation centre or more commercial focused placements to experience engineering from a different perspective. There are also placement opportunities in engines, industrial design or within the aftermarket area of our business.

You will also be involved in community based activities and education STEM activities as part of the scheme with the opportunity to become a registered STEM Ambassador.
