You’ll need to show us you’re already a leader

We need active leaders with a gift for organising and inspiring people. You’ll also need to show us you care about helping people, dealing with risks and solving problems.

Part of what you do will be about making our 65 million customers even happier. We accept a new account every few minutes. That’s a steady flow of new customers who need to be impressed from scratch. It’s just as important that we keep a close eye on business risk. That’s all about making sure we’re sensible and responsible as well as creative and pioneering.

On this programme, you can expect to:

  • Lead project teams to scrutinise every aspect of our service.
  • Find ways to make our customers’ lives easier, and make them happen.
  • Get all the tools, techniques and training you need to be a risk leader.
  • Study for a post-graduate qualification with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).

We got this by practising what we preach. We make work life informal, flexible and simple, so our people can get creative. (Although the high starting salaries and other perks are probably factors too.)

Your starting salary will be £32,000, and all our graduates get an extra £5,000 as a starting bonus. You’ll also get a range of perks, including private health and dental care, free on-site gyms and 25 days of paid holiday.
