That’s why we have developed an innovative two-year programme designed to encourage graduates to unleash their full potential.
The programme is suitable for a range of graduate backgrounds such as construction management, civil engineering and quantity surveying.
The programme is a mix of technical, personal and management style development that is structured to equip graduates with key skills. Graduates will also gain access to intensive mentoring support designed to achieve professional body recognition.
Around 25 graduates complete the programme each year with 90% of those gaining promotion within two years of completion.
