You will be recruited directly into one of our technical groups, where you will be delivering project work to our clients right from the outset. You will join us with an excellent academic record. However this is just the first step, we want to support your career development so that you achieve the relevant professional qualification; for Engineers this is as a Chartered Engineer but we also support other professional qualifications such as Chartered Project Professional. All our graduates join our Professional Development Scheme, which is accredited by five professional institutions (IMechE, RAeS, IET, RINA & IoP). You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you to develop your own individual development plan so that you can gain the necessary skills and experience to become Chartered. To enable you to achieve your full potential we will give you the opportunity to spend extended periods of time working in other technical groups as well as on our clients’ sites.
