The Graduate Programme

We are proud to be launching our next intake of future business leaders. During a two year development programme, designed to help shape and excel your career, you will have the full support of your own dedicated mentor, from within our senior management team. The programme will cover 4 rotations across the 2 years, including the option to choose your final business rotation which has been designed to ensure that you have full knowledge of the project lifecycle. In addition to the rotations, you will also be invited to insight days and business related workshops to gain a full understanding of how the business operates within our central services team. The topics covered in the workshops will focus on strategic thinking and leadership skills to further broaden your knowledge and enhance your career with us.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a high-performing Graduate in Construction Management. As the successful candidate, you will have proven your commitment to your career by obtaining a 1st (1:1) or Upper 2nd (2:1) degree in Construction Management . You will have the passion to excel and will have responsibility for ensuring that the construction activities are correctly interpreted from design and implemented on site. This will include getting involved with the Quality Control, Project Management and Promotion of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives on site.
