Our Telecoms business provides the management and delivery of national and regional network infrastructure to major communications providers. This includes installations, improvements, repairs and 24 hour emergency response networks to high speed fibre networks. We apply our expertise at each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery to our customers and clients.

The programme will cover 4 rotations across the 2 years, including the option to choose your final business rotation which has been designed to ensure that you have full knowledge of the project lifecycle. In addition to the rotations, you will also be invited to insight days and business related workshops to gain a full understanding of how the business operates within our central services team. The topics covered in the workshops will focus on strategic thinking and leadership skills to further broaden your knowledge and enhance your career with us.
We are looking for a high-performing Environmental Graduate. As the successful candidate, you will have proven your commitment to your career by obtaining a 1st (1:1) or Upper 2nd (2:1) degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management. You will have the passion to excel and will have full responsibility for raising the profile of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and will adopt a proactive and hands on approach to coaching best practices across the business. As an integral part of QESH department, you will also have responsibility for maintaining and improving the internal IMS management system.
