Who are we looking for?

We are seeking the best and brightest junior developers to join our software engineering teams in Exeter.
Desired skills, experience and personal qualities:

  • 2:1 or higher in a Computing related degree.
  • Good knowledge of web technologies, including:
    • C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure)
    • Mobile Development
  • Someone who gets excited by tough technical challenges.
  • Someone who loves to learn and is passionate about helping others.
  • Someone who can collaborate and work well with others.
  • Someone who has a genuine interest in the future of software development.

NB: The key is that you are a capable developer, the specific languages and technologies can then be learned. Your adaptability, aptitude and chiefly attitude are the most important.

What is the assessment and selection process?

Candidates will be chosen based on their CV, cover letter and interview/practical activities. The interview process will begin with a telephone conversation and following this successful candidates will be invited to a face to face interview, which will include a technical examination.
