What will you being doing:
Conduct market research, business analytics, and support strategic development initiatives.
Engage with customers, support business growth, and contribute to our international expansion.
Collaborate across departments, playing a key role in commercial and sales- focused projects.
Who are we looking for:
Degree in STEM, Economics or related degrees.
Commercial mindset with an interest in business strategy, global trends, and sales delivery.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical approach with an aptitude for spotting trends.

A basic salary of up to £30,000, plus a company performance bonus.

Our Recruitment Process:
Step 1: Application Submission – CV and Screening Questions
Step 2: Phone Interview. You will have a short 15-30 minute call with us to ensure role match and suitability.
Step 3: Assessment Centre – In person assessment centre comprising of individual and team based tasks. Assessment centres will be conducted in our office at Capenhurst, Chester.
Step 4: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
