Our Graduate Programme in Europe offers an exciting career accelerator: It’s a structured development journey of two years, based on several rotational and international assignments which allow you to contribute to the Synthomer strategy from day one. During the programme you will be supported through learning events, mentoring and personal development planning.

Our Graduate Programme includes one or more assignments to company locations. You’ll be given the responsibility to deliver insights and implement ideas that will have a real impact on our business. We want you to get involved in strategic projects that are key to the future success of our business.

We are looking for people to join our programme who can be passionate about the chemical industry and are determined to make an impact on our business from day 1, by understanding our applications, customers, and strategic positioning and helping to extract value from our markets through planning, marketing, communicating, negotiating and selling activities.

What you bring:

• Relevant technical or business-related degree at 2:1 grade and above
• Strong commercial awareness and mindset
• Technical background helpful
• An aptitude for, and interest in chemistry 
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong quantitative analytical skills
• An ability to structure and solve complex problems
• International mobility
• 2nd Language preferred
