What will you be doing?

Working within the Design team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following;

  • Produce Mechanical design layouts which are cost effective and meet the requirements of the specification.
  • Supporting the delivery of design and assessment in a multi-discipline environment
  • Monitor design costs and provide design services appropriate to the allowance available
  • Maintain files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
  • Production of clear and well-presented reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation
  • Prepare design risk assessments

What will I need to be considered?

  • Have achieved or on track to achieve your Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Eligible to work in the UK *Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship on this role.
  • Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) A driving licence would be preferred.
  • Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
  • Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
  • Self-motivated – attitude is key, it’s your career!
  • A team player.
