What will you be doing as an analyst?
Provide internal and external clients with insights and recommendations based on trends in the asset management industry and in the broader economy.
Build and present sophisticated, informative analytics on critical initiatives and internal business operations
Assist with strategic planning, metrics, reporting, cross-business initiatives, and business process design
Partner with key internal partners (investment teams, relationship managers, marketing, legal) to position and deliver product content or business support.
What capabilities are we looking for?
Full-Time Analyst Programme
The Full-Time Analyst Programme is a multi-year experiential journey designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities – all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.
Following orientation, Analysts join their team and stay connected with colleagues across the globe through ongoing training and professional development. This programme offers Analysts the chance to have a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to our greater collective purpose to help more and more people experience financial well-being.
Candidates should have less than 18 months of directly relevant, full-time work experience and be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree programme between January 2019 and December 2021.
