As an analyst you will

Learn about:

  • Markets - You will join daily market-related updates, learning about how our products trade and react to market events, and how clients utilise ETF and Index strategies in their portfolios.
  • Clients - You will learn about our clients and their investment strategies. You may assist in guiding investors towards achieving their unique investment goals by utilising our technology and tools.
  • Products - You will develop a deep foundation in our products and solutions. You will collaborate across multiple business functions to learn the product life cycle and our strategies for continue growth.

Job description

This programme is for candidates in their penultimate year and obtaining their bachelor’s degree or their master’s degree with less than 18 months' relevant full-time work experience.

Our eight-week Summer Analyst Programme is designed to provide students a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience that replicates as closely as possible the experience of being a full-time BlackRock analyst. Summer Analyst Programme orientation offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from a number of senior leaders. Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to assigned teams throughout the summer. The campus recruiting team also partners very closely with the Women’s Initiative, Multi-Cultural, OUT, and Veteran’s Networks to ensure the Summer Analyst Programmes can learn and interact with our employee networks.

The firm is highly committed to the Summer Analyst Programme and looks to the summer internship as the main pipeline into the Analyst Programme.
