Our Summer Analyst Programme is an 8-week, paid internship designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive and fun experience which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. You’ll have real-world responsibilities during the summer, in addition to participating in professional development, networking and social events.
The Summer Analyst Programme acts as a feeder to the Full-Time Analyst Programme for the following year.

Provide strategic advice and solve critical and complex financial issues for a diverse client base - from financial institutions and regulators, to governments around the world.
Candidates must be graduating from an undergraduate or a master’s degree programme between January 2023 and December 2023; with less than 18 months of directly, relevant full-time work experience. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
