Offered in our London and Edinburgh offices, the Spring Insight Programme provides a week-long, in-depth look at our business. You’ll experience life at BlackRock through classroom sessions, work-shadowing, networking and social events.
The Spring Insight Programme acts as a feeder to the Summer Analyst, Placement and Off-Cycle Internship Programmes for the following year.

Candidates must be graduating from an undergraduate or a master’s degree programme between January 2024 and December 2024; with less than 18 months of directly relevant, full-time work experience. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
