The Spring Insight Programme is a week-long initiative that takes place in Spring of 2023 for students of all academic backgrounds graduating from an undergraduate or Master's degree in 2025.

The programme offers an immersive experience in one of our business areas – you’ll participate in work shadowing, a group project, networking and social events.
You’ll be well on your way to being a true student of the markets by the end of the week. We think it’s important to have an open mind about where you begin your career and you’ll be able to apply to up to two business areas.
Important: Candidates can apply for only one programme (e.g. Summer Internship Programme) and up to two opportunities within that programme (e.g. Internal Audit and Portfolio Analytics).

The Technology Support business consists of system administrators, software developers, incident managers and project managers focused on maintaining the stability and efficiency of the Aladdin platform for BlackRock and our clients. We are a fast-paced team operating in a multifaceted environment, and we’re constantly seeking new ways to improve our efficiencies, processes and automation.

The recruitment process takes place throughout the autumn semester. In some businesses, certain teams may recruit through to early next year. Please note, we recruit on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you’re ready.
