The Role

The SEA Graduate scheme is a chance to kick start your career and you will have the opportunity to learn on the job under the guidance of senior colleagues and mentors working across a variety of interesting, cutting edge projects. You will be encouraged and challenged to learn and develop new skills to grow your career.

Experience Required

Applications are welcome from recent graduates from all universities and for most engineering roles, you’ll need a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a related subject.

The SEA Graduate Scheme could be perfect for you if you have studied any of the following subjects:

  • Applied Maths
  • Computer Science
  • Design, Electronics/Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
  • Physics
