Taking your first steps after university can be daunting. That’s why we are committed to providing our graduates with an incredible selection of help and support as they begin their Hymans’ Career.
Our structured graduate programme gives you the opportunity to join us as a Trainee Consultant within our Actuarial, Investment, Defined Contribution or Insurance & Financial Services Business Units.
Whatever your specialism you’ll join a supportive team where you’ll develop your analytical and numerical skills, along with your technical understanding of our modelling tools, and your stakeholder engagement skills, to become a fully qualified consultant.
In addition to supporting our consultants with client work and research, you will become a student member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or CFA Institute and will work through exams relevant to your chosen specialism.
We will support you at every step of the way with a study support package, dedicated People Manager and Buddy.
