The Trainee Consultant role – an introduction

The Role:

You’ll learn and develop both theoretical and practical skills to become a qualified consultant in one of the following business units; Actuarial, Defined Contribution Consulting, Insurance Financial Services or Investment.

What will your role look like?

  • Detailed analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Being able to formulate advice for clients based on analysis.
  • Presenting the advice in an easily understood way.
  • Using modelling tools to support advice.
  • Knowing how to maintain our quality standards, policies and risk management procedures.
  • Time recording your work to the relevant client.
  • Adhering to our Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
