We are looking to recruit an Electrical/Electrical & Control Graduate Engineer to start as soon as possible. The Engineering function provides a complete project service to the group, covering detailed design work, construction supervision, installation and commissioning of new ventures and also upgrades to existing factories.
Graduates work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with periods abroad (6-8 weeks) during installation and commissioning phases of the project. Graduate engineers are given the opportunity to move around the different areas within the Electrical and Control section as part of their training. This will cover Electrical power engineering, distribution, Instrument and control, IT and systems integration. Although not essential work experience is preferred.
As part of your development programme engineering graduates are provided with secondments to our UK manufacturing sites to give you invaluable experience and an insight into the operations of the Group. Also, the successful applicant will be encouraged to become chartered engineer through our Engineering Development Scheme.
You and your technical skills
A full UK driving licence and car ownership would be an advantage due to limited public transport to the site.
If you believe you can take on the challenge, we very much want to hear from you via our online application form.
We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
(This means that we will supply feedback if requested after an interview.)
