Graduate engineers are given the opportunity to move around the different areas within the Electrical and Control section as part of their training. This will cover Electrical power engineering, distribution, Instrument and control, IT and systems integration. Although not essential work experience is preferred.

As part of your development programme engineering graduates are provided with secondments to our UK manufacturing sites to give you invaluable experience and an insight into the operations of the Group. Also, the successful applicant will be encouraged to become chartered engineer through our Engineering Development Scheme.
