About the Role

This role sits within the Talent division of the HR Team.

Working across the four business units of JDE UK&I, the Talent Intern will help recruit, develop and engage JDE employees through contributing to key HR work streams such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Learning & Development: Play a key role in the development and administration of the JDE L&D Programme. Experience how to run an L&D programme and develop training courses. You may even get the chance to deliver training yourself!

Job requirements:

  • Working towards a Degree in a quantitative or Computer Science discipline, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources or Similar.
  • Understanding of network principles.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Awareness of hosting architectures.
  • Ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholders, being able to explain IT in a very simple and understandable way.
  • Experience of Sharepoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English), interpersonal and networking skills required. Work with remote teams.
