We are looking for graduates with a real passion for tech to join our international Support team Bracknell. We believe in promoting from within and are proud that many graduates have succeeded in different areas such as Apps Engineering, Sales and Operations after having started in Support.

The Role

  • Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution
  • Prioritising and categorising faults promptly
  • Delivering software or infrastructure upgrades
  • Following appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed as well as building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

The Person

  • Bachelors degree in STEM or Computer Science related subject
  • Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people
  • Highly technically able
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good experience of delivering customer service
  • Great spoken and written communication skills

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
