As a Multiplex Graduate you will rotate across three key disciplines; construction, design and commercial. This is to ensure we give you a holistic experience throughout the two year programme so you will have all the tools you need to have a successful career with us.

We accept applications from students who have degrees in engineering, construction management, architecture, quantity surveying or other construction-related subjects.
To be eligible to apply for our Graduate Programme, you must:
1. Be a student expecting to complete a relevant university degree before September 2023
2. Be working towards or have obtained a relevant degree
3. Have the right to work in the UK at the time of employment
We are looking for well-rounded, soon to be graduates with a desire to learn the ins and outs of the construction industry. You will thrive on variety, enjoy a fast-paced role and will be someone who relishes opportunities to get involved in shaping and improving processes.
You'll have the ability to think outside the box and always be looking for ways to do better, with a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for what you do!
