EASL’s commitment towards your career development
We care about our employees and we offer a fantastic and comprehensive learning experience. This is the reason why graduates have chosen to build a career with us and the reason why they stay!
At EASL you will work alongside experts and visit operating nuclear sites. Your ideas and intellect will be appreciated from the get-go. Directors, managers and technical leaders will be your coach-mentors: there to listen and guide your career journey.
EASL will help you to pursue a professional accreditation leading to Chartered Engineer certification.
EASL pay a competitive starting salary. We also offer 23 days' paid holiday, employer contribution pension schemes, cycle to work, flexitime, share purchase scheme after 5 years' service and paid socials.
Every day is different at EASL. We are a niche consultancy which means that every member of the specialist team gets involved in a wide suite of projects. On occasions, you might spend a whole day researching; constructing and analysing mathematical models; and designing a process or system at your desk. Other days might involve meeting customers and visiting sites to assess progress.
Teamwork is key for us, so regularly you will work collaboratively, spending some time getting specific training and improving your skills.
Your workload and responsibilities will vary depending on your own experience and attitude towards work. As a graduate, a good amount of time will be spent dealing with technical issues, project management and some basic financial management. In time, you will be expected to liaise directly with customers and you’ll receive specific training when required.
In our view, Monday should be the happiest day of the week and ultimately we expect you to go home feeling fulfilled, reassured and empowered after a day’s work.
