How is learning structured:

We believe that we have opportunities to learn and develop all of the time, both in our personal and professional lives. In order to do so, it's important that we take regular moments to reflect on what's working well and what could be even better. We have dedicated resources to support your ongoing development using the 70:20:10 approach.

70% On-the-job Experience

You'll gain most of your experience and develop some of your key skills simply by conducting your day to day job. We offer resources to support you in your daily role, whether it be via specific projects, team leadership, getting involved in wider communities, building stretch objectives, innovating for the future or perhaps even considering a secondment elsewhere in our business to broaden your on-the-job experience.

20% - Time with others

We encourage each of our employees to connect and network with the rest of our business - there are over 17,000 people to choose from! We can support you in sharing your ideas with wider groups, shadowing others, becoming a coach or mentor (or seeking one), networking and giving and receiving feedback.

We offer a number of formal learning resources, whether it be a specific course or qualification sought internally or externally.
