Our patch covers the whole of the Thames valley and you could be based at any of our sites within this area. You’ll find out before your start date where you will be based but we ask for all of our graduates to be flexible on their location throughout the programme.

For our general leadership programme, we accept all degree disciplines. For our specialist programmes we require a relevant degree and you should be on track for, or have achieved, a minimum of a 2:2 to be considered.

This varies, however we open for recruitment in October and will hold assessment centres in December and the early part of the following year, therefore the process should be completed quite quickly.
