The Role – Business Graduate

As a Business Graduate at CGI, you’ll step into a role where creativity and ownership are at the core. Whether you’re managing projects, analysing business needs, consulting with clients, or ensuring seamless service delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that matter. Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate and Create: Apply your insights to consult on and develop solutions that drive real value for clients, all while collaborating with CGI Partners to overcome complex challenges.
  • Learn and Develop: As a CGI Early Careers Partner you will benefit from additional business, technical and soft skills training, helping you accelerate in your career from day one.

Working for one of our client-facing business areas, you will begin your role within Project Management, Service Delivery, Business Consultancy, Proposal Management or Business Analysis. Your work will create tangible value as you build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, both in your local community and through access to CGI’s global network.

With Business Graduate opportunities working with our Local Authority clients, Central Government, Space, Defence, Intelligence, Energy, Utilities and Telecoms sectors, no two career paths are the same.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are ready to take ownership of their career and are passionate about making a difference through technology and business. Whatever your degree subject if you’re eager to learn, collaborate, and innovate, we want to hear from you.

  • Minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1 depending on the business unit)
  • Flexibility to travel and work on different projects across the UK
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, project-based environment

Certain roles and projects may require UK nationals due to security clearance requirements.

Locations:

We are recruiting business graduates in Belfast. As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are key.
