We have a rare and exciting role on offer for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to join a rapidly expanding business, working on exciting multi million pound projects where you will be fully supported to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and progress your career.

We have seen massive growth over the past 2 years and work with a high-growth innovative sectors, including food manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, energy and distribution.

About the role

We are looking to invest into the future of our business and are therefore we're looking to recruit a Graduate with 1-2 years industry experience that we can train and develop to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will report directly to the Commercial Manager, playing an integral part in our client facing team, ensuring client projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. You will prepare capital cost estimates, prepare pricing documents, commercial evaluation and negotiate with tenderers.

Whilst working on a number of complex projects, you will be given support to become Chartered. This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience who has worked on complex industrial projects and who is looking to join a growing company where you will play an instrumental part to the future success of the company and in turn you will become Chartered and have an opportunity to progress your career.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have graduated from RICS-accredited course
  • Have 1-2 years relevant industry experience
  • Be ambitious and looking to progress
  • Live local to Cheltenham or be serious about relocating to the area
  • Have a valid UK driving license
  • Have permission to live and work in the UK.
