A placement with us will give you the opportunity to collaborate alongside subject matter experts, bring your own ideas and share real responsibility whilst delivering on meaningful projects alongside a passionate, diverse and inclusive workforce.

This role will be based in our brand new, state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London; with fantastic amenities and support services including a gym, coffee bar and conference rooms.

Job Description:

Our Human Health Division maintains a “patient first, profits later” ideology. The organization is comprised of sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics and commercial professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing our medicines to our customers worldwide.

This is an opportunity to join our dedicated and talented Data Operations & Systems team within the Strategy & Commercial Operations Business Unit. The Marketing Operations function works closely with the wider business including Marketing Teams from across our business to deliver centralised operational processes.

Duties

Provide support to the Marketing Operations Lead to ensure the efficient, effective and compliant running of centralised processes including the compliant distribution, storage and destruction of marketing materials.

  • Regular reporting for senior management
  • Developing expertise in systems and processes in order to support the business with training and queries
  • Driving efficiencies in process
  • Raising the profile of Data Operations & Systems team in the business
  • Project management
  • There will also be additional opportunities throughout the placement to support a variety of business projects and initiatives both within the Strategy & Commercial Operations business unit and at a wider corporate level.

Technical Specifications

  • You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement
  • Studying towards a STEM degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates numerical and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates project management skills.
