Following the recent successful graduation from our last cohort of our Future Consultant Programme we are delighted to welcome applicants for our 2020/2021 programme.

As a Socitm Advisory Future Consultant you will undertake training and development with important exposure to live projects and programmes in order to explore and utilise your new skills. We will provide you with learning in your chosen field so that you become a true industry specialist. This could be the field of User Research, Marketing Research and Business Insight, Data Analysis, Service Design, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or Technical/Business Architecture.

What we are looking for:

  • People with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
  • Ambition to learn and succeed within the client-facing consultancy industry
  • Industry experience within Government, Consulting or Technology with appreciation of advisory services to the UK Public Sector
  • Graduate (or soon to graduate) in a technology, data or other relevant STEM degree
  • Ability to analyse information quickly in order to make good decisions
  • Be geographically flexible throughout the UK to support our clients when required
  • A genuine interest in Marketing Research and Business Insight: Join the Sales and Marketing team to drive insight-based consultancy. Role involves the delivery of business-critical annual marketing research programme and ad hoc commissioned insight assignments to support the ongoing growth of the business

More about the type of candidates we are looking for:

As well as the ability and desire to become a valued member of our consultancy, providing sound advice to our clients, we want to attract candidates that will thrive within our organisation. You may have just recently graduated or in fact been working in a relevant industry (Government, Consulting or Technology) and looking for an exciting challenge or change in direction. Application Process:

  • Application deadline is Monday the 5th October
  • Submit your application (include a supporting statement as to why you are interested in the role)
  • If successful you will be invited to the first round of telephone interviews
  • Further group conversation with last years’ cohort
  • 2nd stage interviews will be conducted via a video conferencing call week commencing 12th October where you will be asked to produce a short presentation on a pre-defined topic.
  • Decisions being relayed to all candidates at the end of October
  • Successful candidates' induction.
